2 融合振實包覆機VS/Fusion Machine

圓柱融合頭產(chǎn)生的高頻振動對石墨產(chǎn)生強烈擠壓力和剪切力，循環(huán)往復，使納米導電顆粒均勻包覆在石墨基本表面。

3 滾筒高效混合機FBM/Drum Type High-efficiency Mixer

滾筒式高效混合機，柔性混合，混合時不破壞物料本身：(適用于顆粒、薄片等)。工作時滾筒旋轉，內(nèi)部兩組固定的正反螺旋獎葉將物料以不同的方向導向空中對流，實現(xiàn)快速均勻的混合。

4 造粒系統(tǒng)/Granulating System

造粒系統(tǒng)是從瀝青粉碎到造粒后的解聚融合整體解決方案。

5 氣流粉碎機/Jet Mill

高壓氣源系統(tǒng)與氣流粉碎主機、旋風收集器、除塵器、引風機等組成一套粉碎系統(tǒng)，高壓氣體經(jīng)過濾處理，從拉瓦爾噴嘴以超音速射入粉碎腔，物料在超高速氣流的帶動下相互碰撞粉碎，同時在分級系統(tǒng)的作用下，粗細物料分離，符合粒度要求的顆粒被后端收集，粗顆粒則在粉碎區(qū)繼續(xù)粉碎。
